In celebration of National Pancake Day, Pancake Joe’s held an Instagram campaign and organized a pancake art competition for February. By signing up, the participant will receive a pancake kit that includes Pancake Joe’s buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix, maple syrup, and a recipe card. The participant must use #flippingood when posting their pancake art photo. The winner will receive a $100 gift card to Pancake Joe’s.
